* Experience in design & design development of Web based applications.

* Experience in .NET framework,Asp.Net MVC,Web Forms.
* Proficient in JavaScript/jQuery is must .
* Good experience with windows/iis server.
* Strong Database experience - MS SQL Server 2008-2012.
* Exposer to front end development using Javascript ,HTML and CSS.
* Hands on MS technologies using .Net 4.5/3.5 (ASP,C#,VB).
* MCA or Bachelor's degree in CSE/IT.
* Good exposure to design patterns.
* knowledege of writing multi threaded application with restricted CPU resources will be an added advantage.
* Strong problem solving skills.
