Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic .NET Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, or corporate employees. The trainer should be well-versed in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (MVC and Web API), C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, LINQ, and modern front-end integration (e.g., Angular, React). The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, the ability to simplify complex topics, and the patience to mentor learners with varying levels of technical ability.
The .NET Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring learners develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required for real-world software development and certification success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:

Conduct instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, or hybrid sessions based on audience needs.

Deliver training modules covering:

C# Programming (OOPs, Data Structures, Delegates, Events)

.NET Framework and .NET Core

ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and Web API

Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET

SQL Server Database (Queries, Stored Procedures)

Front-End Tools Integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React - optional)

Use real-time examples and industry use cases to enhance conceptual understanding.

Provide hands-on coding assignments and lab sessions for learners to practice.
2. Curriculum Development:

Create, modify, and update course content, slides, practical exercises, and assessment tools.

Ensure course material is current, aligned with industry trends, and matches certification standards (e.g., Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer).

Prepare documentation, coding examples, case studies, and evaluation tests.
3. Assessment & Feedback:

Design assessments to evaluate learners’ understanding at regular intervals (quizzes, coding tests, capstone projects).

Provide constructive feedback on assignments and guide students to improve.

Maintain training logs and learner performance records.
4. Mentoring & Support:

Assist learners during practical sessions by debugging code and clarifying doubts.

Offer career guidance related to .NET development, certifications, or job preparation.

Help students build portfolios, GitHub profiles, or final project repositories.
5. Technical Events & Collaboration:

Conduct seminars, webinars, coding bootcamps, and workshops as part of community outreach or internal engagement.

Collaborate with the academic team to align training objectives with placement requirements.

Coordinate with placement teams to support learners in technical interviews and assessments.
