- Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
- Technical Skillset: Minimum 6 months of work experience with a solid development background in Web Applications.

- ASP.NET 2.0/4.0 and C# - ADO.net - AJAX - XHTML / CSS/ Javascript Knowledge
- knowledge of Linq & MVC framework is a plus
- Jquery & Telerik components
- Reporting using Telerik reports / Active Reports / Data Reports
- Good handling of SQL (expert in optimizing the data-model/queries)
- Softskills: - good communication in the English language
- Go-getter attitude to complete the task at hand to match client expectations
