Draftsman / Stenographer Grade II

Draftsman Grade I/No. of Posts: 01 one

Scale of pay: Rs. 4500-125-7000/- (5th CPC)/PB-I Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- 6th CPC corresponding to Level 5 of the Pa Matrix as er 7th CPC.

Method of Recruitment and Eligibility Criteria: By deputation. Officers under the Central or State or Union Territories Government holding analogous post or post in the lower grade, in the same grade in the scale of Rs. 4000- 6000 (5th CPC)/PB-I Rs. + GP Rs. 2400/- (6th CPC) corresponding to pay scale of Rs. 25500 - 81100/- (Level 4) of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with five years' regular service in the grade.

Period of deputation: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/ department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.

Job requirement/ Duties and Responsibilities of the post: Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. Make necessary calculations for drawing development. Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings. Estimating construction costs. Check plans. Maintenance ofT&C library and records. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Sectoral Head.

Stenographer Grade II

No. of Posts: 17 (seventeen)

Scale of pay: Rs. 5000-150-8000/- (5th CPC)/PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (6th CPC) corresponding to pay scale of Rs. 44900 - 142400/- (Level 7) of the 7th CPC Pa Matrix.

Method of Recruitment and Eligibility Criteria: By deputation. Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Statutory Organisations holding analogous post or with eight years regular service in post in the scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000 (5th CPC)/PB-I Rs. + GP Rs. 2400/- (6th CPC) corresponding to pay scale of Rs. 25500 - 81100/- (Level 4) of the 7th CPC Pa Matrix ore equivalent

Period of deputation: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/ Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be 'Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing of receipt of applications.

Job requirement/ Duties and Responsibilities of the post: To function as PA to senior officers. Taking shorthand dictation in English and typing in the computer (English). Maintenance of Visitors' Diary, files and dak movement registers of the Officer/Sector/Section where he/she has been attached. Maintenance of tour details of officer(s) with whom he/she has been attached. Performing any other task assigned to him/her by his/her officer with whom he/she has been attached/Secretary/Deputy Secretary/ Director (Admn.) from time to time.

Age Limit:Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing of receipt of applications.
