Engineer Job in DRDO -Recruitment and Assessment Centre at Bangalore

Educational Qualification Essential/Desired Essential: At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering only from a recognized University. 

Desirable: Ph.D. OR Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology with specialization in any of the above-mentioned disciplines only from a recognized University/Institution.

Nature and area of Experience required Essential: A minimum of 15 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: (a) Fighter aircraft pre-flight operations & maintenance including integration of electrical/ navigational/avionics /radar/EW/weapon system(s)/ Operations of test facilities & Aircraft simulators (b) Experience in an aircraft development project(s) including prototype aircraft development/ project management of Aeronautical Project(s) /aircraft development 

Desirable: Experience in one or more of the following areas is desired: (a) Technical experience in front /second line fighter aircraft maintenance at naval aircraft repair Yard. 

(b) Experience in Carrier-based aircraft development project(s) including prototype aircraft development and production. The interface of aircraft navigational/ electrical/avionics & EMI/EMC on the carrier, aircraft certification, and induction into service.
(c) Experience in the generation of aircraft technical documentation including defining an interface for aircraft design and development.
(d) A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Leadership role
