Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Duties:

Drive safely and responsibly, transporting passengers (staff, executives, or clients) or goods to various destinations.

Follow assigned routes or determine the best alternative route based on traffic and road conditions.

Make scheduled deliveries or pickups, including documents, packages, or supplies.

Assist passengers or staff with loading and unloading of materials or luggage.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:

Perform daily checks on the vehicle, including fuel level, oil, brakes, tire pressure, lights, and indicators.

Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle immediately.

Schedule regular vehicle servicing and maintenance as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company protocols.

Maintain valid driving license, vehicle documents, and insurance at all times.

Follow speed limits, parking rules, and road signage while driving.

In case of accidents or breakdowns, take necessary safety measures and report to the concerned authority.
4. Administrative Support:

Maintain a daily log of travel times, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.

Complete vehicle inspection and maintenance checklists as required.

Obtain necessary signatures or receipts for delivered items or completed tasks.

Coordinate with the administrative department for scheduling trips or vehicle usage.
5. Professional Conduct:

Maintain a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor with passengers, customers, and staff.

Ensure discretion and confidentiality when transporting company executives or handling important materials.

Follow dress code or uniform requirements if applicable.

Be punctual and available as per assigned schedules, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends if needed.
