Salary: 50% of Daily Profit (Including Fuel and Expenses)

Job Description:
We are looking for responsible and professional Uber drivers to join our team. As an Uber driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services in your local area. The role offers flexibility and competitive pay based on a profit-sharing model, where you will receive 50% of the daily profit .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all riders.
- Safely operate the vehicle and follow all local traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good condition.
- Use the Uber app to accept rides, navigate to rider locations, and drop them off at their destinations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Compensation:
- You will receive 50% of the daily profit .
- This includes a 50% share of all ride earnings and covers 50% of fuel , ensuring a fair and balanced income based on daily performance.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle that meets Uber’s requirements.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
- Smartphone with the Uber app installed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
