Key Responsibilities:
1. Safe and Efficient Driving
-
Drive employees and company guests to and from office premises, meetings, client locations, airports, and other designated destinations.

Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times, including following traffic rules and maintaining a calm driving style.

Familiarize yourself with alternate routes and traffic conditions to avoid delays.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Upkeep
-
Perform routine checks on vehicle condition, including oil level, brakes, tires, battery, coolant, and lights.

Ensure the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle on a regular basis.
-
Schedule regular servicing and report any mechanical issues promptly to the admin or maintenance department.
3. Time Management and Scheduling
-
Maintain punctuality and adhere to schedules for pick-up and drop-off timings.

Coordinate with HR/Admin or reporting managers for daily trip planning.
-
Keep a daily log of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and destination records.
4. Professional Conduct and Confidentiality
-
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior when interacting with staff and guests.

Follow instructions carefully, especially when handling confidential routes or client meetings.

Respect the privacy of conversations, documents, and discussions taking place inside the vehicle.
5. Emergency Handling
-
Be prepared to handle emergencies such as flat tires, minor accidents, or medical urgencies with quick decision-making and calm demeanor.

Carry emergency contact information, first aid kit, and vehicle documents at all times.
