Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Handling & Driving
-
Drive automatic cars (and manual when required) for customer deliveries, test drives, and inter-branch transfers.

Ensure all showroom vehicles are handled with care and safety, especially luxury or demo models.

Park and arrange vehicles within the showroom and delivery bay as per manager instructions.
2. Customer Service Support
-
Pick up and drop customers for vehicle delivery, servicing, or test drives when required.

Greet customers politely and represent the brand with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist in explaining basic vehicle functions to customers during delivery (if trained to do so).
3. Vehicle Maintenance & Checks
-
Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel level, battery, tire pressure, cleanliness) before and after every drive.

Ensure vehicles are always clean (interior and exterior) before being shown or delivered to a customer.

Report any damage, irregularities, or servicing needs immediately to the service or logistics department.
4. Documentation & Coordination
-
Maintain trip records, fuel bills, and delivery logs as required.

Collect or drop documents to RTO, banks, or vendors if needed.

Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and showroom managers for scheduling pickups or transfers.
