Job Description
Job Summary
The DTP Operator is responsible for creating, designing, and formatting layouts for various printing and publishing projects using industry-standard software. The role requires expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality output for brochures, flyers, banners, books, labels, packaging materials, and other printed items. The candidate must be honest, dedicated, and hardworking with a commitment to delivering quality work on time. Key Responsibilities
A. Designing & Layout Creation

Prepare creative layouts, graphics, and illustrations as per client or company requirements.

Use CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to design print-ready files.

Ensure proper alignment, color matching, fonts, and image resolution for professional printing quality.

Make necessary corrections and adjustments based on client or supervisor feedback.
B. Pre-Press & Printing Coordination

Convert designs into print-ready formats with correct sizing, margins, and bleed settings.

Coordinate with the printing team to ensure proper color combinations and finishing.

Prepare mockups and sample proofs for client approval before final printing.

Handle large-format printing files, offset printing, and digital printing designs.
C. Image Editing & Graphic Enhancement

Retouch, crop, and enhance images to maintain quality and consistency.
-
Remove backgrounds, adjust colors, and create high-resolution images.
-
Ensure proper image optimization for different print formats and dimensions.
D. Quality Control & File Management

Check and verify final designs before sending them for printing to avoid errors.

Maintain proper file naming, storage, and backup of all design files.
-
Review sample prints and ensure they meet client and company quality standards.
E. Performance & Growth Orientation

Deliver work within deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Work with full dedication and sincerity to achieve performance targets.

Actively participate in new design trends and printing techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical Skills
