Job Description
DTP Operator @Trivandrum
We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator to create and edit, digital and print materials.
- Responsibilities include formatting text and images, ensuring accuracy and preparing files for printing publications, designing layouts etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Pagemaker and similar software is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field is preferred.
- Job Location: Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Creation & Formatting:

Create and format documents, layouts, and designs for various printed and digital materials using DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or PageMaker.

Design certificates, pamphlets, flyers, brochures, invitations, posters, manuals, banners, and academic documents as per requirements.

Ensure the layout is visually appealing and content is accurate, consistent, and aligned.
2. Language & Content Handling:

Work with multilingual content (including English, Hindi, and regional languages) using language fonts and keyboards (e.g., Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, etc.).

Type and format educational content, test papers, question banks, and course material with high precision.

Edit and align text, images, tables, and graphs according to project specifications.
3. Pre-Press & Printing Support:

Prepare files for printing including color separation, bleed settings, and print-ready PDFs.

Liaise with printing vendors or internal print teams to ensure high-quality output.

Verify final proofs and conduct quality checks before final printing or delivery.
4. File Management & Archiving:
-
Maintain proper storage and organization of all project files, templates, and backups.

Ensure version control of all documents and quick retrieval when required.
5. Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate with content creators, designers, teachers, or clients to understand formatting and design needs.

Take feedback and make revisions promptly and accurately.

Assist the team in minor design tasks or creative input when needed.
