Job Description
Qualification:
- MBBS with 1-5 years of experience
- Should be registered with MCI or with any State Medical Council
- Should have OPD experience and not just ward experience
- Experience in child care/neo-natal/paediatric centre will be preferred
- Provide consultations and medical services to primary care clients at their home.
- Visit the patients’ home occasionally and when necessary
- Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart your observations
- Online/tele consultation.
- Maintain complete patient record and comply with all reporting mechanisms
- Adhere to control and safety policies and guidelines of regulatory agencies.
- Involve in internal training of staff
- Participate in community outreach programs when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned such as billing for home visits, preparing patient summary reports
- Screening, counselling and supervising vaccinations
- Working Hours: Day shift (8:30am-5:30pm). No night shifts
- Commuting cost to clients' home will be borne by company
- Should be passionate towards service excellence
- Capable of independently taking decisions
- Operates with a strong sense of empathy towards patients
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Good communication skills
- Open to use of technology in healthcare
