Job Description
To attend the patient immediately
to take a proper history of the patient or his relatives
check any previous illness medication and other histories available
instruct the nursing staff for necessary order to follow
inform the respective consultants and carry out their orders
to take rounds every day to examine every patient
to enter all the details in the case sheet
attend the rounds with doctors follow the necessary changes update in the case sheet
and other rules and responses have to follow
