Job Description
- Planning and execution of community health programs by involving the stakeholders;
- Ensuring proper implementation of program activities at district, block and grass root levels;
- Monitoring and evaluation of community level activities such as ASHAs, Rogi Kalyan Samitis, Village Health and Sanitation Committees and Village Health and Nutrition Days etc.;
- Organizing awareness and community mobilization workshops/ campaigns for all stages of the program;
- Reviewing the reports and data collected and suggesting corrective actions;
- Ensuring proper conduct of the capacity building and training sessions of the district and block level health officials and frontline workers;
- Developed IEC materials to be circulated to the district and block level health officials;
- Liaising and maintaining partnerships within and outside the community;
- Generated case studies from the fields, monthly and quarterly reports in donor reporting formats;
- Responsible for identifying gaps and ensuring they are addressed on time;
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
