As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will work closely with experienced ERP consultants and gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation activities.

You will support functional configuration, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, data collection, and client project activities under the guidance of senior consultants.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand the complete ERP implementation lifecycle while working alongside experienced consultants on live client engagements.

• Support functional configuration activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Assist senior consultants with ERP implementation and client project activities.

• Support requirements gathering, data collection, and functional analysis.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test case preparation.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including:

  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)

  • Technical Design Documents (TDDs)

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Business process documentation

• Maintain project and process documentation repositories.

• Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Assist with project status reporting, coordination, and follow-up activities.

• Support configuration and testing of financial modules, including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Budgets

  • Fixed Assets

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support successful project delivery.

• Learn and follow established ERP implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices.

• Continuously develop functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• B.Tech / B.E. – Any Engineering Branch

• Graduation year: 2024, 2025, or 2026

• Minimum 65% academic score

• Strong interest in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn functional consulting and work in a client-facing environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.

• MB-820 – Dynamics 365 Business Central Financials certification.

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial business processes.

• Familiarity with ERP concepts and implementation methodologies.
