Functional requirements:

• Define the operating requirements of the PFCS monitoring platform
  
• Document infrastructure requirements of the APM solution based on Dynatrace
  
• Perform lead analyst role in the SWIFT process to instantiate the APM platform for the PFCS system.
  
• Collect and Document PM requirements from PFCS team, such as transactions, health metric KPI
  
• Install Dynatrace APM platform created out of FR#3.
  
• Configure Dynatrace APM to meet the requirements in FR#4
  
• Document configuration steps
  
• Provide ongoing operational support for the PFCS APM platform.
  
• Provide end user support through the use of training materials and 1:1 information sharing sessions.
  
• Provide management (high level) reporting on Dynatrace and PFCS Health
  
• Maintain a database (sharepoint) of wins from the Dynatrace platform. Non-Functional requirements
  
• Demonstrated expertise in Dynatrace APM administration. Acceptance Criteria
  
• The acceptance criteria for this request are as follows:
  
• System overview of transaction flows between the end-user browser through the mainframe Liberty application server.
  
• Definition of APM platform sizing
  
• Completed SWIFT project as the SME
  
• Documented business cases from the PFCS team
  
• Installation of Splunk in the target environment
  
• Configuration of the PFCS application
  
• APM dashboards of sufficient detail to provide operational statistics for application availability and performance
  
• Run book developed and maintained on the platform used in support of the platform.
  
• Location of the wins documentation
  

• Should be very strong in Administration of Monitoring Tools.
  
• Active Directory Management
  
• Server administration
  
• Design and Implement Architecture of Dynatrace.
  
• Good experience in Application monitoring tools/instruments.
  
• Good in Server/project & infrastructure management.
  
• Capacity planning and Designing Architecture to implement Dynatrace
