Handling customer queries, and feedback account reviews and work towards providing the best customer exprience work on online promotions and social media strategies search recommend and seek approvals for new online chennels contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies.

Required skills and qualification

Proficiency in e-commerce, Fair presentation and communications skill, both written and verbal experience in key acccount management sales and marketing can add advantage.
