Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Cataloging
-
Create and manage product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and company websites.

Upload accurate product information including titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, keywords, categories, pricing, images, and variations (size, color, etc.).

Ensure all listings are SEO optimized for visibility and aligned with marketplace content policies.

Update inventory, pricing, and offer details regularly to avoid mismatches or stock-outs.

Coordinate with the design/photography team for image uploads and quality checks.
2. Order Processing

Monitor and manage daily incoming orders across all platforms.

Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

Update shipping details and tracking numbers promptly on respective platforms.

Resolve order-related issues like cancellations, late dispatches, or shipping delays.
3. Claims and Returns Management
-
Track and process all returns, replacements, and refund requests raised by customers.

Coordinate with platform support (e.g., Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub) to handle claim disputes, lost shipment reimbursements, and return fraud cases.

Maintain records of returns and ensure inventory reconciliation at regular intervals.

Take proactive action to minimize return rates by ensuring product descriptions are clear and accurate.
4. Platform Compliance & Maintenance

Ensure product listings comply with platform guidelines and policies (category-specific or platform-wide).

Respond to marketplace notifications regarding suppressed listings, image rejections, pricing errors, etc.

Regularly audit and clean up listings to prevent penalties or account performance issues.

Coordinate with account managers or platform representatives for performance improvement and growth.
5. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain and update data in Excel sheets for inventory, product master, sales reports, return summaries, and more.

Generate and analyze performance reports such as sales trends, slow-moving products, high-return items, etc.

Use Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filters, and charts for efficient tracking and reporting.
6. Customer Support Coordination (if applicable)

Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer queries, reviews, or complaints.
-
Help in drafting or editing FAQs, responses, and standard replies to maintain good seller ratings.
