Job Description
- Learn about our products and service offering. Explain about our company to the customer
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
- Create & maintain website content and and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line
- with trading at all times.
- Capable to understand the customer requirements.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- To give the proper response to the customer several E-commerce sites.
- And collect the enquires from Ecommerce Sites and contact the customer through phone calls.
- Making Live Text Chat in our Sites and providing a proper response to the customer about the price and product specification
- Send the product catalogue and specification, images regarding customers’ requirements through Live Chat or Via mail
- Maintain the all customer’s details on every day.
- On everyday follow all the customers and collect the current status about our orders and follow-up the customer till the end.
- Making the quotations and proforma invoice to customers follow the customers on covert to sales.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders and enter orders into computers.
- Obtain Names, Email, telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Maintain the daily, weekly, monthly enquiries
- The goal of help to company grows by bringing a customer and developing business.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy in order to improve the website performance
