Required for immediate hiring of an E-commerce executive for business developments and to oversee the company's established online sales and presence on various e-commerce market places for East Delhi Location

Role and responsibility.

• Expert in cataloguing/ Product Listing on all the portals in organically optimized and SEO Friendly.
• Manage Refund, Return and Cancellation.
• Complete knowledge about Safe-T Claims filling and reimbursement process.
• Able to represent the case when received A to Z claim and also able to draft Plan of Action for any suspended seller account.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables etc for MIS 
• Able to manage Sponsor Ads Campaign, Brand Display Ads & AMS independently with low AcOS and ROI in both way Automatic and Manual.
• Able to help sellers to grow their business on a different platform and can communicate with the sellers in English and Hindi fluently MANDATORY.
• Should have knowledge about Registration of Brand, Category and Brand Un-Gating and Approvals as per marketplace requirement.
• Experienced in FBA, Inward, Outward, Create Removal or unsold products, Enabling FBA, and informed the sellers in advance about replenishing the stock before it gets stock with the help of average sold data.
• Ability to find the area of improvement and opportunity to add more business vertical within the existing process.
• Take the initiative to resolve the client escalation and resolve increase C-SAT.
• Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions,

• Replaces damaged items, shortages, and Wrong-shipments by determining the optimal response of replacement or credit.

• Have the ability to manage the team and take initiative to ramp up the process.
  

• Minimum Graduate.
• Any degree or diploma in online Marketplace eCommerce or training will be added advantage.
• No FRESHERS, minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this position.
