Roles and Responsibilities:-
Maintaining current online product listing, product descriptions, product content and ensuring accuracy including pricing, pictures, reviews, keywords, etc.
Work with management to tackle daily tasks as well as identify, evaluate and execute initiatives for increased operational efficiency.
Handling inventory management and brand filtering of clients' accounts on e-commerce platforms.
Liaise with the customer service team on order-related questionsand write responses to customers.
Act as a communication point with a support team of managers and e-commerce portals.
Provide a series of daily and weekly sales activity reports, proactively addressing areas of concern for management.
Ensuring great customer experience on our listing
Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion for ourclients.
Learn and understand our clients' business and competition overphone calls and emails.
Create and manage brand pages on Amazon with a strong focus on content,
keywords and search words.
Assist with other special projects within the e-commerce team, not limited to Amazon.
