Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive online sales and manage all aspects of online activities related to the direct to consumer sites and initiatives.
- Develop e-commerce strategies
- Manage budgets
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts consumers by encouraging online sales and implements best practices in all areas of e-commerce.
- This includes promotions, email plan strategies, paid search, SEO, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn., Instagram and other social media, photoshoots, online merchandising and website development/UX.
- Web maintenance and troubleshooting are ongoing tasks.
- E-commerce Marketing Strategy.
- Strategics & implement the plan of action for monthly growth in sales-revenue from the existing online platforms, Must have first- hand working experience with online marketplaces like Flipkart - WS Retail, Snapdeal, Amazon - Cloudtail etc. To create new accounts/ online sellers to generate sales & achieve assigned sales target.
- To manage account managers to drive relevant traffic to listings/ Products on portals. The candidate should have a proven track record in E-Commerce sales.
