Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage online sales platforms (website, Flipkart, Amazon) including listings optimization.
Handle inventory, orders, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email) to drive sales.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior for strategy improvement.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for effective collaboration.
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
Execute activities driven by data analytics.
Identify strategic business partnerships.
Implement new business collaboration plans.
Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
