E-commerce Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing and Catalogue Management:
-
Create, upload, and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, etc.).

Ensure accurate and appealing product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, sizes, tags, and pricing.
-
Monitor and update product catalogues as per stock availability, promotions, or changes in specifications.
2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
-
Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch in coordination with warehouse or fulfillment teams.
-
Manage returns, cancellations, and replacement requests.
-
Track shipments and update order status on dashboards or seller panels.
3. Inventory and Stock Management:
-
Maintain accurate stock levels on each platform to avoid over-selling or out-of-stock issues.
-
Coordinate with warehouse or procurement team to ensure proper inventory flow.

Forecast demand for high-selling products and recommend reordering.
4. Pricing, Promotions, and Discounts:
-
Update and maintain pricing on platforms in line with company pricing strategies and competitor trends.

Create and manage platform-specific promotions like Lightning Deals, Discounts, Coupon Offers, etc.

Coordinate with platforms for participation in sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.).
5. Platform Compliance and Issue Resolution:

Ensure all listings, operations, and communications adhere to platform guidelines and policies.

Resolve issues related to suspended listings, order defects, negative reviews, and policy violations.

Coordinate with platform seller support teams to raise and close tickets.
6. Customer Experience and Support:
-
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on products.

Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve buyer queries and complaints.
-
Take proactive steps to improve product ratings and overall seller score.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
-
Generate regular reports on sales, orders, returns, and platform performance.

Analyze sales trends, traffic data, and conversion rates to suggest improvements.
-
Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions for benchmarking.
8. Coordination with Marketing and Operations Teams:
-
Share updates with digital marketing for paid promotions, influencer campaigns, or social media marketing related to e-commerce.
-
Assist with banner design, ad copy, or product video requirements.

Coordinate with finance and accounts for payment reconciliation from platforms.
Key Skills:
-
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards
-
Strong Excel skills for inventory, pricing, and reporting
-
Basic image editing and content formatting (Photoshop/Canva knowledge is a plus)
-
Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs/products

Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
