Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online business presence across various platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills, a good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, digital marketing awareness, and the ability to work with product listings, order tracking, and customer coordination.
The E-Commerce Executive will play a key role in driving online revenue, maintaining product data integrity, coordinating logistics, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely communication and order handling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management

Upload and manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other custom platforms.

Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and images are updated regularly.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams for real-time updates.
2. Order & Inventory Handling

Track and process customer orders, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Coordinate with logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Bluedart) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Update order statuses in internal systems and maintain clean inventory records.
3. Promotions & Campaign Management

Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule promotions, seasonal sales, and platform-specific campaigns (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Sale).

Apply discount codes, vouchers, or coupons as per promotional strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
4. Customer Interaction & Support

Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces and ensure timely resolution of concerns or complaints.

Handle queries related to product information, delivery timelines, return/replacement policies, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
5. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.

Track KPIs such as order volumes, return rates, best-selling SKUs, out-of-stock products, etc.

Share insights on product performance and suggest data-backed changes.
6. Coordination & Vendor Communication

Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and in-house teams for product sourcing, packaging, and pricing decisions.

Work with design teams for banners, product images, and promotional visuals as needed.
