Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Manage daily order packing and dispatching efficiently.

Ensure accurate labeling and quality checks before shipment.

Track orders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
2. Logistics Coordination
-
Communicate with courier partners and shipping providers for pickup and delivery.

Handle return, exchange, and refund processes smoothly.

Negotiate shipping rates and optimize logistics costs.
3. Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and update inventory records to avoid shortages.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.

Maintain accurate product listings and stock availability on the website.
4. Website & Platform Optimization

Work with the technical and marketing team to enhance website performance.

Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize product visibility.
5. Customer Support & Coordination
-
Assist with customer queries related to orders, shipping, and returns.

Work closely with internal teams to improve the overall e-commerce experience.

Analyze sales trends and provide suggestions to improve operations.
