Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. This role involves handling various aspects of the e-commerce business, including product listings, digital marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of online retail and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings:

• Create and manage product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions, uploading images, and setting prices.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent across all online platforms.
• Manage inventory levels, updating stock availability, and ensuring timely product replenishment.

Monitoring :

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.

Logistic Management:

• Manage the order fulfillment process, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce activity, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Vendor and Partner Management:

• Liaise with external vendors and partners, such as payment gateways, delivery services, and third-party marketplaces.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts with e-commerce service providers.

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the e-commerce experience and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Myntra, Ajio, TaTA Cliq etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
