Key Responsibilities:
- Online Store Management: Oversee and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency across e-commerce platforms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels for products listed online, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, and ensure timely restocking to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

- Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to improve product visibility, increase sales, and maximize conversion rates on e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve site performance.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and paid ads to drive traffic to the website and increase online sales.
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web development or IT team to improve website functionality, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness, ensuring a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Market Research & Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product listings.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales, traffic, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports to share insights and performance data with senior management.
- Promotions & Discounts: Plan and manage promotions, sales, and discount campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure promotional materials and product listings are updated.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and design teams to ensure all e-commerce operations are aligned with business goals.
