- Handling E-commerce Product Listings on Accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring all products are listed and optimized to the highest standards across the website and marketplaces.
- Responsible for update and upload product data, specifications, and images of products on marketplaces with price listing and approved discounts for individual and bulk listings.
- Keep each marketplace updated with the latest products.
- Content creation and Cataloguing
- Order processing and dispatch of products
- Coordinate with client to ensure inventory data
- Address customer complaints
- Coordinate with Market places for deals and promotions
- Knowledge of SEO.
