Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage all online portals like (Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Sanpdeal, Shopclues, etc.)
2. Handle inventory, billing, pricing, buyer product uploading on various eCommerce sites
3. Work on product listing and price listing on the eCommerce portal
4. Maintain inventory in all marketplaces
5. Handle order processing and order dispatching to the customer
6. Solve customer queries about products and provide any other assistance needed
7. Handle return & dispatch of orders and maintain coordination in all portals
8. Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis and submit them to the management 9. Work on supervising dispatch and packaging
