Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan discounts and work on timely payment collection from all partners
2. Create weekly/monthly reports and monitor performance, driven by on-site KPIs
3. Work on merchandising and inventory management
4. Ensure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments
5. Monitor and drive strategic product/merchandising initiatives
6. Create reports and monitor performance driven by merchandising KPIs, i.e bestsellers, sell-through percentage, and stock cover
7. Ensure catalog & listing hygiene and achieve a high content score
8. Identify new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, cart abandonment, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability
9. Act as the main point of contact with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, and accounting for account-related matters
Note: Candidates would be expected to handle online catalogue, upload product listings on portals, monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries. In addition, you would maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and that all pages, products & prices on the site are correct.
