About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in all e-commerce interactions with partners and end to end execution of order processes
2. Develop relationships with eCommerce teams of various companies; jointly develop e-commerce sales plans with account sales managers
3. Drive purchases and post-purchase experience through retention strategies/CRM systems to help improve consumer lifetime value across platforms and build consumer community
4. Manage revenue and ROI target metrics for the brand website as well as 3 rd party portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Swiggy, etc.
5. Push innovative ideas and growth hacks to drive more businesses
