Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Marketplace Management

Oversee and manage the company’s online stores across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others.

Ensure accurate and optimized product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaign planning, product launches, and promotional offers.

Handle inventory planning, product availability, and timely stock updates across all portals.
2. Online Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.

Plan and implement pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns to improve sales performance.

Analyze consumer behavior and buying trends to develop effective product positioning.

Monitor sales metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Shopify Store Management

Maintain and optimize the company’s Shopify-based e-commerce website.

Work on improving UI/UX, navigation, product display, and checkout processes.

Integrate apps and tools to enhance store functionality and customer experience.

Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure smooth website performance.
4. Digital Marketing & Advertising

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and marketplace ads.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.

Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement.

Leverage digital channels to drive traffic and boost e-commerce revenue.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and marketplace dashboards to measure performance.

Track key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, CTR, AOV (Average Order Value), and ROI.

Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review and strategy planning.

Use data insights to optimize listings, campaigns, and product placements.
6. Customer Experience & Retention

Ensure seamless shopping experiences across all marketplaces and platforms.

Manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve brand reputation.

Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve complaints and service-related issues quickly.

Implement loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and retention strategies.
7. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatches and returns management.

Maintain accurate inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Monitor demand forecasts and align inventory with seasonal and promotional sales.
8. Competitor & Market Research

Conduct regular competitor analysis to track pricing, offers, and product positioning.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging marketplaces.

Propose innovative strategies to enhance visibility and customer acquisition.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Hands-on experience in managing Shopify stores and marketplace portals.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and other e-commerce dashboards.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRM tools.
