Basic Qualifications  - Bachelor's Degree or M.B.A is preferred and relevant people management experience.  -Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications. 

Experience in E- commerce Industry is an added advantage.

Ability to Analyze, Adapt, Learn and Reproduce the skill set as an entrepreneur.

Excellent verbal communication skills, Preferably English.

Should be able to understand different E-commerce operations like Sales, Returns, Offers, Promotions, Sale Events, Cashbacks, Customer queries, New product launches e,t.c

Should have good analytical skills and able to work with team in a challenging Environment..

This role is mainly involved in the Product Analysis, Payments and Order Functionalities of ecommerce platforms like Flipkart ,Amazon .

Analyzing sales trends of different Mobiles sold on Flipkart, Amazon 

Salary as per industry standards.

Should always come up with new ideas and innovative product implementations in our day to day e -commerce operations.

Candidates having M.B.A  with Good Management Skill set is preferred. 

Participate in planning meetings to understand the growth strategy and provide inputs where needed, also gather ideas across the table to improvise existing services within team.
