Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Listing products on the website and other channels like Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook as per the timeline and create product catalogs that improve customer experience
2. Ensuring max visibility on the website
3. Managing position of stock on the website based on different criteria
4. Managing images shoot and image selection for final editing
5. Handling customer calls and providing resolution
6. Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors
7. Investigating and fixing catalog related complaints
8. Creating reports regarding work received and work performed

3. are available for duration of 2 months

5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Good in English communication Verbal and Non-verbal
2. Ability to work under pressure deliver under tight deadlines
3. Good analytical skills
4. Should be flexible
5. MS-Excel knowledge is a must
6. Knowledge of e-commerce
