In 2014, Netscribes incubated a new business for providing content creation and process support services for clients in the eCommerce domain. We are one of the few players in India in this highly volatile and fast growth space today. The primary service offerings are -

1. Catalogue development

2. Authoring, image enhancements and quality checks for product descriptions

3. Backend support for product listings, quality control and seller management

Job Responsibilities:
1. To write features and attributes of product through extensive secondary research 
2. To adhere the feature guidelines sent from client's end
3. Writing short product descriptions wherever necessary
4. To adhere daily target related to production and quality
5. To keep error benchmark at minimum as specified by the client
6. To participate in periodical trainings as and when conducted by mentors.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate should have decent communication skill in English both written and verbal and must have an eye for detail.

2. Basic knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred.

Job Hours

6 days working in a week and 9 hours for a shift including 1-hour break per shift.

Shift Timing - Fixed Day Shift


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


1. Candidate should have decent communication skill in English both written and verbal and must have an eye for detail.

2. Basic knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred.

3. Tech Savvy and affluent with MS Excel

4. Should be a graduate or awaiting final results.

5. Must have a proper Pan Card and Aadhar Card

6. Age Limit - 30 years
