E-commerce Operations Jobs Opening in The Sterling Factory at Jaipur
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of our platforms- including product listings and specifications, order verification and fulfillment, logistics, and customer service
2. Working closely with the management to develop strategies for increasing revenue through the e-commerce platform
Qualifications-
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field
2. Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools like Docs and Sheets
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media tools and tactics
5. Knowledge in management and reporting
6. Experience in customer service and communication
7. Proficiency in sales and related market knowledge
8. Bonus: Experience in website, product, and inventory management
