Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
2. Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements
3. Maintain and update products and pricing
4. Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
5. Update product information and content on the website
6. Create banners, images, promotions, etc. for display on the website (using products like Photoshop)
7. Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
8. Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)
9. Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
10. Document ongoing website functional projects/improvements
11. Test and deploy functional projects/improvements
12. Liaise with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the website
13. Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
