Job Description-Research Associate (e-Commerce)
ShortHills Tech is looking for competent and passionate researchers who can search deals for retail customers in the US. The Research Associate would search and verify coupon deals on US merchant/ e-commerce sites. They will also be required to write accurate coupon descriptions that can help the customer to quickly understand the deal and to successfully use the coupon without confusion.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to -
· Searching for various coupons on US merchant/ e-commerce/blogs sites (like Macy’s, GAP, Amazon, Target, etc.) from different sources and validating their accuracy
· Creating new coupons and deals based on the above research
· Write a unique and simple description of coupon
· Testing the validity of the existing coupons and making sure that the link associated with the offer is going to a correct page and the deal is indeed valid
· Manage all the assigned merchant’s coupons on a daily basis
Required Skills and Experience
· Some experience in doing secondary research on the web
· Strong written communication skills in English with an emphasis on grammar
· Eye for detail
· Ability to track and manage several retail merchant websites
· Preference would be given to candidates having prior experience in coupon-hunting/web-research and/or writing content in English
Education
· Graduation in any stream
· Candidates with good English will be given preference
Salary Negotiable
