Job Description
Desired Skills -
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well versed in writing grammatical business English (UK preferred) with no errors.
- One who understands that customer service comes first before anything else
- Thoughtful decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Should be very attentive to detail and work with great accuracy.
- Prior experience in Ecommerce domain preferred. (Experience)
- Freshers with any background preferred (Freshers)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- The job role involves working for various product listings on UK based e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay etc.
- All the back end support work related to customer service messages, feedback reviews, reconciliation, payments, Invoice entering, product research, pricing calculations, raising customer cases, follow ups etc.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
- Added Advantage - Sound knowledge in Advance excel, Book keeping, General Accounting, Bank reconciliation, Year end accounting (UK/India)
NOTE-
- Candidates with excellent communication only apply.
- Experience- 0-1 years.
- Work timings -11 am to 8pm
