Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities

- The eLearning Developer will be responsible for developing visually attractive and dynamic eLearning, games, simulations and online learning experiences.

- Creates/Revises e-learning using Adobe Captivate software.

- Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, contents & flow.

- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Work closely with Instructional Designers and SME's for understanding the storyboard or concepts.

- Design engaging learning solutions by analysing the identified training needs.

- Perform LMS administration activities such as creating course codes, uploading content and reporting.

- Influence and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content acquisition and review.

- Provide ongoing support by monitoring and resolving eLearning technical issues.

- Develop high quality and engaging learning materials for eLearning such as blackboard, Moddle, Saba, Canvas.

- Create templates for eLearning to enable rapid & scalable authoring.
