Job Description:

Should have experience in E-Mail & Chat associate

Good communication Skill

Supports non - voice customer care to the e-business company.

We are hiring Under Graduate / Graduates / Post Graduates (Fresher) with Strong command over English (Written) and with Typing speed 20 wpm for the position of e-Relationship Associate for a global e-commerce co.

Experience : Min 6 Months of exp in Email support.

Salary : Max up to 25000 Net Salary Or Hike upto 25% on Current CTC

Shift Timings Day Shift - 07:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

General Shift - 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

Mid Shift - 01:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Night Shift - 10:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.(+ Night Shift Allowance Rs.4000/- (Full Time)

Shift Allowance for Night Shift, Fixed Shift (No rotational shift), Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner & Beverage) as per the shift timings.
