Job Description
Function / Department TechnologySolution Delivery, Revenue Mgmt.Location : PuneJob Purpose : This role is responsible for IT deliveries across mobility and enterprise line of business for applications under revenue management as follows - Subject matter expertise on revenue applications such postpaid billing, Electronic bill presentment, knowledge of postpaid stake & E2E process flows.-
Knowledge of water fall and agile delivery methodology.Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :-
Timely & quality delivery of projects and Change request with E2E project management-
Managing applications in revenue management portfolio for applications stack such as Billing, Electronic bill presentment and revenue guard applications for development and L3 Fixes. Subject matter expertise on revenue applications such postpaid billing, Electronic bill presentment, knowledge of postpaid stake & E2E process flows-
Support to cross-functional IT teams for requirement feasibility, solutions and application integration. Responsible for managing environment setups for the application stack to support surround system for integration testing.Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 5+ Years of Experience in Domain (Telecom/IT) with development and project management back ground. Working experience on postpaid billing system, preferably on Amdocs billing. .-
Working experience on bill presentment system will be preferable-
In-depth knowledge on customer management for postpaid billing to carry out mobility and fixed line related deliverables.-
Knowledge & process understanding of billing modules such account receivable, Resource management, charging, billing and product mgmt. etc.-
Knowledge of technical and API interfaces for system integration will be preferable-
Sound Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL-SQL and Java Technologies will be preferable-
Experience in vendor management will be preferable Excellent team building capabilities and communication skills.Must have technical / professional qualifications :-
Industry Certification CSM will be preferable-
Stakeholder-management skills to interface with cross functional teams-
Effective communication and inter-personal skills-
Proactive in approach with positive attitudeYears of Experience 5+ Years of Experience in Domain (Telecom/IT) with development and project management back ground. (ref:hirist.com)
