Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching and Curriculum Development

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in subjects such as Analog and Digital Electronics, Signal Processing, Communication Systems, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Microwave Engineering, and others.

Design and update course materials to reflect current technologies and industry trends.

Employ innovative teaching methodologies including digital and experiential learning.

Mentor undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students in coursework and research projects.

Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
2. Research and Scholarly Activities

Lead original research projects in areas like wireless communication, semiconductor devices, IoT, robotics, embedded systems, and other relevant domains.

Publish research findings in reputed journals and present at conferences.

Apply for and manage research grants from governmental and private agencies.

Collaborate with academic peers, industry partners, and research organizations.

Guide M.Tech and PhD students in their research work.
3. Academic and Departmental Contributions

Participate actively in curriculum planning, program review, and academic committees.

Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and technical symposia.

Contribute to accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC, etc.) and quality assurance.

Engage in student admissions, examination duties, and evaluation processes.

Support faculty development programs and mentor junior colleagues.
4. Industry Collaboration and Outreach

Foster partnerships with industries for research collaboration, internships, and placements.

Encourage student participation in industrial projects and competitions.

Promote community engagement and technical awareness programs.
