Responsibilities and Duties
• Suggest effective inventory placements in different marketplaces by analyzing product movements
• Analyze sales and market trends to develop and execute effective promotions and campaigns
• Build and maintain a close relationship with key individuals in local marketplaces
• Manage and track orders and returned products
• Manage communication channels to answer buyers queries regarding listed products by collaborating closely with various internal departments
Catalog Associate:
1. Create product listings in online marketplaces with effective SEO and copywriting strategy
2. Maintain and optimize existing product listings to boost sales traffic
3. Compile and analyze sales data and create reports
4. Locate vendor-supplied imagery, or other copyright-free material, to visually represent the products within the e-commerce system
5. Edit or create new imagery as needed
6. Collect, revise, and input product data (descriptions, pricing, tax settings, weight, etc.)
7. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to elevate the digital presence and drive sales.
8. Assist in other daily operations with other departments as needed
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
