Role : eCommerce Executive

Roles & Responsibility

·         Listing products on e-commerce B2B portal Ricelink.

·         Calling registered vendors and approving vendors.

·         Guiding buyers and vendors to efficiently use the portal.

·         Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information

·         Coordinate with various internal teams like Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, Warehouse teams.

·         Ensure that ongoing offers / promotions etc. are accurately reflected on online

·         Track KPIs of products to ensure visibility and sales

·         Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally

·         Manage daily operations for ecommerce orders

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with minimum 2 year of experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Familiarity with e-commerce and its components

Must have good communications skills in English (written)
