Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Research top selling categories by each marketplace
- Create seller fee calculator for each marketplace
- Seller accounts onboarding on marketplaces
- Manage individual and bulk listings
- Maintain large online product catalogs
- Update inventory and prices
- Manage daily operations for eCommerce including order processing
- Participate in marketplace promotions and deals
- Create advertising campaigns for all marketplaces
- Provide support and service to online customers, monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all website queries
- Create and maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times
- Create implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
