Job Description
Responsibilities include product listing and category management, ensuring accurate and optimized placement of products across relevant categories. The role also involves effective product category management to enhance user experience and support business goals. Additionally, the position requires active coordination with customers to address inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing and Catalog Management:

Upload and manage product listings on various online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

Ensure accurate and detailed information for all products, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
-
Monitor listing performance and resolve errors or discrepancies.
2. Order Management and Fulfillment:

Monitor daily incoming orders and ensure they are processed and dispatched on time.

Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipping.

Track shipments and update customers or platforms on delivery status.

Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
3. Inventory Management:

Track inventory levels across all platforms and ensure stock availability.

Coordinate with the procurement team or suppliers to replenish stock as needed.

Avoid stockouts or overselling by regularly updating quantities on online portals.

Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting periodic audits and reconciliation.
4. Customer Service Support:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns related to products, orders, shipping, or returns.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

5. Marketplace and Platform Coordination:
