Job Description

Looking for a qualified person to handle operations for ecommerce operations. Orders need to be processed and maintain an excel for orders processed. Applicants should be able to use computer and mobile. Basic excel knowledge is required.

Provide brands with overall shop setup, order management and customer service service.

Creation of shops and upload the brand products on the platform and manage the stocks.

Ensure all aspects of platform content and info are accurate and updated, for example: availability of the products.

Ensure the e-commerce website and all online sales channels activated runs smoothly and report issues to relevant teams.

Communicate with fulfillment and logistics teams on any special request (if any).

Monitor payment issues and ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
