Responsibilities:

1.       Managing Online Sales Platforms: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms, including website(s), marketplace accounts (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.), and other digital channels.

2.       Content Management: Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. This includes product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information.

3.       Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. This may involve SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and other online advertising initiatives.

4.       Customer Experience: Focus on providing an excellent online shopping experience for customers, from browsing products to checkout and post-purchase support. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

5.       Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to optimize the online sales process continually.

6.       Inventory Management: Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, and inventory is accurately reflected on the ecommerce platforms.

7.       Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to align ecommerce initiatives with broader business objectives.
